I bought a printer during the pandemic b/c I didn't have access to a printer at the office anymore and needed it for random things from time to time. And then I got suckered into the HP ink subscription service. It's all such a SCAM! Printers, ink, ALL OF IT. Clearly I have strong feelings on this, LOL!
The rent a printer thing seems odd—not sure why people would pick that over buying a printer outright or paying 20 cents per page at the library if they just need a few pages printers here and there
I am happy to see efforts to wrangle the Realtors. Next up, I hopw they are required to use the same neighborhood maps as those set up by the Local, State, or Federal government. They currently use their own map here in Hamilton Co, OH, which JUST HAPPENS to down value the more...diverse.. neighborhoods. Funny coincidence.....not.
