What are your thoughts on doing a sublet? Any recommendations on a sublet agreement, places to get a legal document, and places to advertise a sublet. I want to make sure I am covering all bases since I don’t want to loose out on anything , especially financially, while I am out of the country.
Considering CDK has only 50% market share, there are plenty of other dealerships fully functional and ready for business. The real ripple affect will be the thousands of dealership employees who feel the finacial impact because their employer cannot accurately complete payroll. Many dealership employees heavily rely on commission, tech time, or bonuses caluculated based on the work completed in the DMS.
